]]> By uploading song(s) or image(s) in the PeBlast Spotlight “Add your Band” or “Add a Photographer” feature, you agree with the following:

  • You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement with Photozig, Inc. (the creators of PepBlast) on behalf of the copyright owners of the uploaded song(s) and image(s).
  • You authorize Photozig, Inc. to display the uploaded images and play uploaded songs in PepBlast websites, marketing materials and apps in order to promote your Band and/or your Photography, and demonstrate PepBlast apps with the uploaded song(s) and image(s).
  • If you check the option to “Feature Song(s)/Photo(s) in PBMP App”, you authorize PepBlast users to create their own video with uploaded song(s) and uploaded image(s) using PepBlast services for no monetary compensation.
  • There is no monetary compensation, royalties, or any compensation for the rights granted to Photozig, Inc. and its users, with respect to uploaded song(s) and image(s), as stated in this document.
